I stayed at this home in Irvine, California, for 47 days. The house was clean, well-maintained, and matched the description. The area is quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Communication was clear and the service was smooth. Overall, it was a good stay.

Overall the house was good. Checking in took awhile as code given in booklet is incorrect had to wait for the host to provide and after a 20 hour flight it hit a nerve. The house is extremely spacious and we loved that there were two living areas. The outside bedroom was slightly odd as there was no bathroom. The furniture (as in the sofas) were very comfy, the remaining furniture requires update for sure quite old and over used. Kitchen could be supplied a bit more items as it’s a big house expecting 6-8 guests. On our arrival, there was a hint of old smell like a house when left locked for a long period and furniture build up moisture, however customer service from Month2Month were great and had someone over to do the entire house. One annoying thing was the garage had the owners’ cars (2 cars), so when needed to use the garage we couldn’t for the entire stay and barely had room to walk. Overall house is good and space is really nice, just would recommend a renovation to take place.
